got to thank my car owner, Dale Beitler for giving me a chance to drive his
car, and Robbie Allen my crew chief did a heck of a job. To be able to pass
guys like Bloomquist and O'Neal and beat them at a track they both run really
well at is good feeling. I want to thank American Racer Tire for their support
and providing a great tire that I believe was the difference tonight. This is
a big win for me and were really looking forward to going to Eldora",
stated Steve. Steve's win was also special for him and the team as the SPEED
Channel cameras were on hand taping the event for a TV broadcast later in the
year. Buy winning Saturday night, Steve has moved into 2nd place in the Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series national points standings.
Steve also picked up another feature win on Friday night winning the Sunoco
ALMS sanctioned event at Gas City Speedway in Indiana. Steve and the team will
